Payment and Shipping

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. This means Wild and Gem does not receive, store, or hold any card or payment details at any time.

Once your order has been placed, I will carefully prepare and package your jewellery so it arrives safely and beautifully presented. Items are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days and sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. You can upgrade to Royal Mail Special Next Day if you wish to. This won’t speed up the dispatch time but will provide more accurate tracking.

Shipping details, including delivery options and timescales, will be shown at checkout. If you need an item for a particular date, please get in touch before ordering and I will do my best to help.

Shipping is free on all orders over £10.00.
