About Wild and Gem

Wild and Gem creates handcrafted jewellery inspired by nature. Each piece is made with care using materials such as fine silver, sterling silver, resin, pressed flowers, sea glass, shells, and cast natural forms.

Orders and Product Details

I do my best to describe and photograph each item as accurately as possible. As every piece is handmade, small variations in colour, shape, texture, size, and finish may occur. These natural differences are part of the character of handmade jewellery and do not make an item faulty.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive confirmation at the email address provided. If there is a problem with your order or if an item becomes unavailable, I will contact you as soon as possible.

Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling. Payment is taken securely through Shopify Payments, and Wild and Gem does not receive, store, or hold your card or payment details.

Shipping

Items are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery options and timescales will be shown at checkout. Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order, as Wild and Gem cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.

Returns and Cancellations

Please see the Returns Policy for details about returning an item. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unworn and returned in their original packaging. Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty, and some earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Jewellery Care

Jewellery should be handled with care and kept away from water, perfumes, lotions, cleaning products, and harsh chemicals. Resin and pressed flower pieces should be stored away from prolonged direct sunlight to help preserve their colour and detail.

All photographs, designs, text, branding, and other content on the Wild and Gem website belong to Wild and Gem unless stated otherwise. They must not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Liability

Wild and Gem is not responsible for any loss or damage that could not reasonably have been expected at the time of purchase. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
