Returns

I really hope you love your Wild and Gem jewellery, but if you are not completely happy with your order, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unworn condition. Please take care when packaging your return so the jewellery is protected on its way back.

Please note that personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Returns also cannot be accepted for earrings where the ear wires are embedded into the design and cannot be changed, for hygiene reasons.

Before returning an item, please email info@wildandgem.com so I know to expect your return and can help with any questions.

Wild and Gem is not responsible for items before they are returned, or while they are in transit. I advise sending returns with proof of postage and using a tracked delivery method for your peace of mind.

The customer is responsible for claiming for any return items that go missing in the post. Return postage fees will not be refunded.
